This is the constitution policy and agreement for the clan MOD Mages of Destruction.
All applicants wanting to join must read and agree to this before coming to an elder for the next step.
What you must have before joining MOD:
80 tot levels
A good attitude toward the other clan members
Steps that must be completed before joining:
Reading and agreeing to this document and talking it over with an elder so we no you have read and understood it.
Applicant must run in a group long enough for those already in MOD to see the skills and abilities that the new applicant has.
We pride our selves on keeping piece and friendship with in the clan. Therefore if you have any trouble with another clan member please try to work it out with that member, if that can't be done take it to an elder so it can be handled before it gets out of hand.
It is each and every member's responsibility to keep the name of MOD from having a bad or negative reputation by your actions.
There is no tolerance in the clan for going outside of clan walls and bad mouthing MOD. This could possibly result in people withdrawing their application, and current clan members leaving altogether.
The discipline for Going out and talking to others who are not apart of MOD about clan business or trouble is termination.
Do not get involved with anything on the mud that will bring the MOD clan name in to disgrace.
No clan member should ever give any personal info on any other clan member such as, skipe user names, phone numbers, email addresses or mailing addresses.
There is no summoning or teleporting from or to the clan area, except for the induction of new members.
There is no going into other clan members rooms and going through their things or EQ that has been left there. It is their private place; therefore it is best that you are only in said room if the member that the room belongs to is with you.
We have the three-strike method, the first time we talk to you about a problem and give a warning, the next time you get put on probation, and the last time it is termination.
There are weekly clan runs, for gold or xp witch will be posted on the board, it is your job to read the board every day or when you log in for updates and meeting times.
If you are unable to make a meeting please let an elder no ahead of time so we are aware.
Missing a meeting because you are not able to be online is ok, but it is looked down upon if it is only because you are on a run. You will have enough warning about an upcoming meeting so you can set aside the time.
The Dues is do on the 18th of each month, and we give a five-day grace period. All dues must be paid no later then the 23rd of every month. At this time dues are 20000 a month that is subject to change keep an eye on this site or clan board for that change.
If you are going to be gone for a wile and dues is coming up, you can either pay up until next month if you plan to be back in time for the next one or we can remove you and let you back in when you return, just let an elder no you will be gone.
Now if you just leave for an extended time and have not told an elder this will fall under the three-strike rule.
For example of what I mean let's say you are planning on leaving on March 10th, now you can go ahead and pay for March 18th, or just have an elder remove your name and pay when you come back, or you can pay and not have anything to worry about until March 18th / 23rd.
But if you don't tell anyone, and March 18th comes and you have not payed, or by the 23rd the last date you can pay for the month you will be removed and one strike will go against you.
At this time he or she will also assign one person the job of getting all corpses and sacrificing so nothing is lost.
When the group is regenning, don't rudely awaken any group members, doing this will just put the group in danger if all members aren't fully regenned.
A clan run is just that, a clan run. The only time a non-member may join the group is when all players in the group agree unanimously.
So if someone sends you a tell asking to join the group, do not summon them or group them without getting the consent from other group members first.
Please follow group leaders instructions.
Do not wander off on your own, only to come back with big and nasty wounds so the group healer has to heal you using mana they just regenned for the next fight. This slows up the entire run and is very annoying.
Don't attack or dispel the mob without the GR leader's say so. This is especially true when the group is sleeping and regenning in front of a mob.

Once you have sent it please allow up to two daies for a response.
Getting a clan group together to see how you are in groups may take a few daies.
Sending tells over and over about joining will actually lessen your chances of becoming a member.
This constitution policy / agreement will most definitely change, so be aware of that, and check back in often.
